Short reports are useful. Reproducible reports with the exact screen, action, and result are even better. You can submit the report here and, when useful, create a local support ZIP from inside D2 AI.
Need to send logs? Show log instructions
- Open Roy's D2 AI.
- Click Gather Logs at the bottom of the app.
- Check the opt-in box.
- Click Gather Logs.
- A redacted ZIP is created locally in your Downloads folder.
- Click Email Support in D2 AI.
- Attach the ZIP to the email before sending it.
- Include what happened and what you were doing when it happened.
The support ZIP is local and is never sent automatically.
It is designed to exclude Bungie access/refresh tokens, passwords, raw inventory data, and intelligence cache contents.
